Following the success of The Night Queen, children’s theatre company Hoopla return to Coventry’s Belgrade Theatre with their brand new show Three Witches, in B2 from Fri 4 to Sat 12 October.
With witches, ghosts, spells and potions, songs and scares, Three Witches draws on elements of Macbeth to tell a modern story of action and adventure.
Featuring original music and striking effects, this enchanting family production tells the tale of troublesome siblings witches Roy and Beth are travelling together when they find themselves at the castle where Macbeth was once King.
Living in this spooky castle is Laird, the crow and Hagwitch, the castle Keeper. She challenges them to spend the night, lift the ancient curse and become the new King and Queen. But things are not as they seem and the three witches are up to their old tricks. Will Beth and Roy complete the challenge or will their rivalry get the better of them?
“Hoopla have managed to create a simple yet engaging fairytale that will
delight and entertain both children and their parents.”
